How it works

One path for every case.

OraQuest keeps the reporting process narrow and legible. Your practice submits a structured request, a qualified specialist takes it on, and the case status tells you exactly where it stands.

Before the first case

  1. Request access

A member of your practice submits an enquiry or registers directly. Practice details and jurisdiction are captured up front.

  2. Account review

Every new practice account is created in a pending state. A platform administrator reviews and activates it before sign in is possible.

  3. Team access

Once active, your team signs in to the practice portal to create and follow cases.

What a case contains

  • A non-identifying internal reference chosen by your practice.
  • The scan category and the specific reporting question.
  • The jurisdiction the case relates to.
  • A priority level: standard or priority.
  • Any additional context that is relevant to the interpretation.

In this demonstration prototype the upload step is simulated. Studies, images and clinical documents are not accepted, transmitted or stored.
