Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the OraQuest demonstration platform operated by OraQuest Scans Inc..
1. Demonstration use only
The platform is provided as a Phase 1 demonstration prototype. It is made available for evaluation of the reporting workflow and must not be used for clinical purposes.
2. Prohibition on patient information
You must not submit real patient information, CBCT or DICOM studies, medical images, clinical records or clinical reports. Only synthetic demonstration content may be entered.
3. Accounts and access
Practice accounts are created in a pending state and activated by a platform administrator. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
4. No clinical reliance
Reports generated in this environment are synthetic placeholders with no clinical content. Nothing produced here may be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment.
5. Availability and changes
The platform may be modified, suspended or reset at any time, including deletion of demonstration data.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties, and liability arising from use of this demonstration environment is excluded.
