How OraQuest Scans Inc. handles the limited information collected through the OraQuest demonstration platform.
Information we collect
Account details (name, work email, practice name and country), business enquiry details you submit, and records of activity within the platform such as case status changes and sign-in events.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect patient information, CBCT or DICOM studies, medical images or clinical reports. This environment is configured to exclude clinical file handling.
How information is used
To operate accounts and access control, to demonstrate the reporting workflow, to respond to business enquiries, and to maintain a record of platform activity.
Access
Access is limited by role. Practice users see only their own practice's cases; reporting specialists see cases assigned to them or awaiting assignment; administrators can review accounts and activity records.
Retention
Demonstration data may be reset or removed at any time. Account records are retained while an account remains open.
