Each OraQuest request is placed in a reporting category so the right specialist attention is applied and the report answers the question your practice actually asked.
Implant assessment
Assessment of available bone, anatomical relationships and factors relevant to implant planning.
Pathology / incidental findings
Review focused on suspected pathology, together with a description of incidental observations within the field of view.
TMJ assessment
Evaluation of the temporomandibular joints, including osseous morphology and degenerative change.
Endodontic / VRF assessment
Targeted review for endodontic questions, including suspected vertical root fracture and periapical change.
Orthodontic assessment
Skeletal and dental relationships relevant to orthodontic planning, including impacted teeth.

Review of the field of view for fracture and post-traumatic change.
Second-opinion reporting
An independent specialist review where an additional perspective is wanted.
Priority handling
Standard and priority
Cases are queued by priority and then by the time they were submitted. Priority cases are surfaced first in the reporting queue. Turnaround expectations are agreed with each practice rather than promised generically on this website.
What a report includes
- The reporting question as submitted by your practice.
- Structured findings within the field of view.
- An impression addressing the question asked.
- Any recommendation for further assessment, where appropriate.
- Named reporting specialist and version history.
Clarifications
Where the submitted context is insufficient, a specialist can move the case to “Needs Information” and ask a specific question. Your practice replies inside the portal and the case returns to the queue.
In this demonstration environment all reports are synthetic placeholders and contain no clinical content.
